All payment transactions are processed by Authorize.net, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. MyTechNova does not store, transmit, or have access to full payment card numbers. Authorize.net's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your protection plan is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to handle claims, disputes, or legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
